The American Bakers Association’s (ABA) Executive Leadership Development Committee (ELDC) today announced that Fred Penny, President, Bimbo Bakeries USA, will serve as a panelist at the “ELDC Baking Industry Leadership Forum,” to be held during the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) on Oct. 8, from 5:00 – 6:45 p.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Leadership Forum is a ticketed event.

Mr. Penny is a 33 year veteran of the baking industry, serving BBU and its predecessor companies in various roles including, most recently, Executive Vice President, BBU. Mr. Penny is an executive committee and board member of the American Bakers Association.
