The American Bakers Association’s (ABA) Executive Leadership Development Committee (ELDC) today announced that Paula Marshall, CEO, The Bama Companies, will serve as a panelist at the “ELDC Baking Industry Leadership Forum,” to be held during the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) on Oct. 8, from 5:00 – 6:45 p.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Leadership Forum is a ticketed event.

Ms. Marshall was named CEO of The Bama Companies in 1985. Bama provides frozen baked goods to large scale restaurant chains, including the nation’s largest hamburger chain, the nation’s largest pizza chain and the nation’s largest retailer. While at the helm of Bama, Ms. Marshall has grown the organization to a $300 million company all while putting a precedent on quality. Ms. Marshall is a board member of the American Bakers Association.
Ms. Marshall will be joined by Mike McKee, President & CEO, McKee Foods Corp., Miles Jones, Dawn Food Products and one other baking industry leader to be announced in the coming weeks.
