WASHINGTON, D.C. ─ A member of Gen Y with a reputation as a leader in his own generation, Curt Steinhorst of The Center for Generational Kinetics, will present “Gen Y as the Consumer” during the 2014 ABA Convention Afternoon Business Session on March 17. Steinhorst will entertainingly reveal Gen Y’s role as consumers and how companies can successfully connect with them in a unique way.
Convention attendees will gain new insight into this diverse group of consumers as Steinhorst sheds light on the customization required to connect with Gen Y. With the generation quickly outpacing Baby Boomers as the largest group of consumers, Steinhorst will also dispel myths surrounding Gen Y and give attendees tools to expand their relationship with this significant segment.
