Tom Schaffler, President of the Lockton Companies Chicago office, will be joined by Mark Holloway and Ken Wexler, both Senior Vice President’s within the company, to discuss how small, large, and in-between employers can take advantage of private health care exchanges at the Summer 2014 ABA HR & Labor Conference. They will also give a general update on PPACA milestones and how that impacts the baking industry, including a demographic breakdown of those enrolled in public exchanges and how this may impact the future of PPACA.
Tom has been President of Chicago Operation at Lockton, Inc. since October 2012. Mr. Schaffler served as President of Lockton Chicago’s Employee Benefits’ Practice at Lockton Companies, Inc.
