The Voice of the Baking Industry Since 1897

2017 Fall Policy Conference

The Fall Policy Conference is a nexus for baking industry professionals to gather for advocacy education, focused baking issue discussions, Capitol Hill visits with relevant elected officials, and networking with peers and members of Congress.

Conference participants choose a Committee track relevant to their expertise, above. Participants do not need to be on a Committee prior to attending. This is a great chance to learn more about ABA’s Committees.

In addition to your chosen Committee track, you will:
• Influence policymakers to help your bottom line at Capitol Hill visits
• Learn effective advocacy strategy in a Capitol Hill briefing by the ABA Government Relations Team
• Mingle with members of Congress and their staffs at the Bakers’ Dozen Awards Reception on Capitol Hill
• Network with industry peers and leaders at an evening dinner and networking event at Capitol Lounge just blocks from the U.S. Capitol
