American Bakers PAC is regulated by the Federal Election Commission (FEC).  The FEC mandates that trade association PACs obtain authorization from each individual member company to solicit their employees.  If you would like to become a member of the PAC and grant authorization, please click on the below link to download the authorization form.

PAC has three levels of recognition for our members:

The Chairman’s Circle is comprised of ABA members who have contributed $5,000 to American Bakers PAC. 

The President’s Club is comprised of ABA members who have contributed between $1,000 – $4,999 to American Bakers PAC.

The Member’s Group is comprised of ABA members who have contributed between $400 – $999 to American Bakers PAC.
