American Bakers PAC is the Political Action Committee of the American Bakers Association.  American Bakers PAC receives money – on a voluntary basis – from individuals employed in the baking industry.  In turn, the PAC distributes this money directly to candidates who support the interests of the baking industry. This is important because the baking industry is one of the most heavily regulated industries, and regulations begin in Congress where conflicting demands of interest groups are resolved.  In order for industry concerns to be protected and represented we must make sure we have a Congress and Executive branch that represents the interests of the baking industry and business community. 

People like yourself dictate to whom the PAC contributes. Each contributing member has a valuable opportunity to provide American Bakers PAC with recommendations regarding federal candidates to myself, the ABA Board of Directors and professional staff.
