This fall ABA safety professionals discussed developing a safety incentive and recognition program for ABA baker members. The purpose of the program is to recognize individual bakery sites that excel in safety. Additionally, the project would aim to increase workplace safety awareness and emphasize the importance of employee safety in the baking industry.
