Now what? ABA’s Cookie & Cracker Academy has the programs every cookie and cracker professional needs to excel. Here is a quick guide on your next steps:
Decide which program is right. ABA’s Cookie & Cracker Academy has three different level programs: Entry Level Training, Intermediate Training Course, and Cookie & Cracker Manufacturing Course. You can sign up your facility for one or all three depending on your training needs.
Register your Company and Facility. Determine who your Plant administrator will be and submit the Digital Plant Facility Enrollment Form. The plant administrator will be the person responsible for enrolling students, view students’ progress, download certificates, and receive invoices.
Upon submission, you will receive an email within 48 hours with information about how to access and utilize the Academy. Plant Administrators can then begin enrolling students in the program.
Learning! Students can log-in to the Academy Portal to access the online lessons. Depending on the program, the training period can be from 6 weeks to 2 years. After successfully completing the course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion. With enhanced knowledge of the baking manufacturing process, employees will feel confident and ready to excel in their careers.
