It’s the only event like it in the baking industry: a three-day intensive technical education conference specifically for operations and manufacturing professionals from around the world. The annual conference solves today’s cookie and cracker manufacturing issues through an interactive exchange of ideas, best practices sharing, and a hands-on workshop.

IncuBAKER uses the power of your peers to discuss on the job challenges, incubate specific issues and generate baking solutions. This team-led activity will have you working with your fellow industry professionals to solve problems that matter to all industry professionals. Attendees will be assigned a table based off their registration and an industry challenge to work through. Teams will have to brainstorm ideas, discuss the best possible outcomes, and work together to create a final proposal. At the end of the session, groups will have the chance to share their cookies to success.
College credits and Cookie & Cracker Manufacturing Course project credit. Cookie & Cracker Manufacturing Correspondence Course students have a chance to receive 100% on ONE work project by participating in either the Hands-On or Front Line Leadership Workshop. In addition, American Bakers Association is offering Kansas State University Continuing Education Units (CEU) credit for select breakout sessions. Students can add the nominal credit fee to their registration. The credit requires a short quiz after attending the session.
