About the Speakers
Alex De Los Reyes is an associate product manager for Puratos and leads the Health & Well-Being category in the US. In 2019 she spent a year working at Puratos’ Headquarters in Belgium, where she joined the Puratos Health & Well-Being team and helped drive the approach globally. Prior to that, she worked in Puratos’ Patisserie category, launching products such as the Vivafil Preservative Free fruit filling and the Cacao-Trace Clean(er) Label Brownie Mix. She is an advocate of healthy living and is committed to finding ways to help people around the world eat and live healthier and happier. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Culinary Arts.

Jaina Wald leads the U.S. Marketing Team for Puratos, a Belgium-based supplier of innovative products and services in the Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate sectors. Her focus is on creating world-class marketing plans to serve customers across all channels. She joined Puratos in January of 2019 to head the Chocolate category with responsibility for marketing strategy, innovation, planning and activation. During prior B2B and B2C Marketing roles at Campbell’s Soup, Jaina’s responsibilities spanned brand and category strategy, media planning, channel insights, custom activation, research and analytics. Prior to this, Jaina was Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager at Landmark Ventures, an advisory firm focused on cutting-edge technology start-ups. Jaina is passionate about the food industry and the power of consumer and category insights to drive business growth for customers. Jaina earned a bachelor’s from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA with a focus in Marketing Strategy from Rutgers University.
