A key initiative of the Group is the ABA Safety Recognition Program. 29 Member companies across 190 facilities were honored in 2024 for excelling in workplace safety and increasing safety awareness. The program has increased workplace safety awareness and emphasizes the importance of employee safety in the baking and allied industries.

As with all of ABA’s Professionals Groups, attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged to get the most of ABA’s resources and to meet industry peers.
